๐Ÿ—บ Route Description

A Helena mountain bike classic, the Mt Helena Ridge has a good mix of tech climbs, flowy descents, and amazing views of the entire area. Once you get to the McKelvey junction the choice of trails open up and there’s no bad option! Everything off of the North Side funnels down to LeGrande Cannon Blvd and is a mellow ride back to the start of the loop. Please note, the 1906 and Powerline trails on the front side of Mt Helena Park are uphill traffic only, so Prairie and Ambrose are the best option. If you aren’t in the mood for pedaling up Grizzly Gulch to get to the Mt Helena Ridge TH contact Shred MT to set-up a shuttle from Downtown Helena.
