Helena Valley Loop

🗺 Route Description

This is a good mix of pavement and gravel that tours all over the Helena Valley. Heading north out of town on some fast roads leads you to the first section of gravel after crossing the Lake Helena causeway. Pass through a couple of round-a-bouts on Lake Helena Drive and make your way to East Helena. There are plenty of options to refuel or grab some coffee in East Helena before you start the climb up Hwy 282. After a fast pedal along Colonial Drive get ready for some punchy climbs and fun descents as you make your way through the South Hills neighborhood. Finish strong on East Broadway and enjoy some food, coffee, or cold beverages in Downtown Helena.
